Processing Time

All items are made to order. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to be processed and produced before shipping.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events, or product launches), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while we carefully create your order.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.

However, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Shipping Variations

  • Stickers: FREE shipping - first class mail with no tracking 
  • Art Prints: FREE shipping - first class mail with tracking number
  • Print-on-Demand Items (T-Shirts, mugs): flat rate shipping with tracking number

Ordering different products in the same order? No problem.

Depending on the products ordered, you may receive multiple packages. For example, if you order a t-Shirt, art print and sticker, you will receive separate tracking numbers for the t-shirt and art print. Your sticker will arrive separately in a stamped letter envelope. Shipping information will be available on the order information page after purchasing.
